Super Science!
On Monday 1st April, we carried out scientific investigations to observe how liquids can change. In our first investigation we combined golden syrup, water with food colouring and vegetable oil. We observed how these liquids formed very clear layers due to their density!
After that, we observed how water can change state from a solid to a liquid by melting. We tracked the change in temperature using a thermometer then plotted a graph to show the change in temperature over time. We had some very interesting results!
