Grow your own potatoes

We followed the instructions to chit the potatoes before planting. We planted two types of potatoes; regional and rocket. We have enjoyed observing the changes to our potatoes, growing roots, shoots and more recently stems and leaves. We are now ready to repot our potatoes and move them outside. We will harvest the potatoes after 14 weeks and will use them in forest school to make our own potato soup on the forest fire.
