History of Toys

During Spring Term 2 we focussed on the history of toys and turned our role play area into an interactive toy museum. We enjoyed exploring old toys and comparing them to more modern day toys which we are familiar with. Mrs Baynes bought us a bagatelle, an old type of pin ball game which we found out about on our trip to Blackburn Toy Museum. Mrs Smith also came into class and talked to us about her own childhood and the toys she played with
