SEN Coffee Morning – 9/11/23
On Thursday 9th November, we held our very first SEND parents’ coffee morning here at Baxenden. It was an excellent opportunity for the parents to network, chat with Mrs Crighton, the SENDCo, and for the children to come and showcase some of their excellent work. Some of our teaching assistants also joined us to demonstrate some interventions which are in place across the school.
We had a lovely morning, and are looking forward to the next one, where we will be inviting a guest speaker to come and talk about emotional wellbeing.
