Christmas Charity
Rebecca in our Y6 class has made us all extreamly proud! Last summer, she had a stall at our summer fair in church where she sold bracelets and earrings that she had made, to put towards assembling Xmas shoeboxes for children who may go without.
Throughout the autumn term she has since ran more stalls selling hot chocolates and wax melts – she has now achieved her £200 goal, which is fantastic! This weekend she purchased all the things to go in the 20 boxes which she will be sending to the local foodbank charity.
Anyway, as you can imagine, as a school, we are super proud of how kind and generous Rebecca is and thought that the achievement should be shared with families in our school and the wider community.
